Faithfull Letter Box Jig

This one-piece jig makes it easier to cut all popular letter box sizes and it is suitable for use with most routers. Simply select the appropriate opening, place the jig where the hole is required, clamp it in place and then cut out the aperture.

Operators need to use a 12.7 x 50mm router bit (one example is the FAI RB211) and a 16mm guide bush.

For use with a hand plunging electric router, with a minimum motor rating of 1600 Watt and accommodating 1/2in shank cutters.

Machined from hard wearing laminate with smooth rounded edges to prevent chipping and damaging the workpiece.
