Worktop or Postformed jigs are designed for producing seamless joints when installing kitchen, bathroom or bedroom worktops. Worktop jigs will cut 90° left and right joints and the double-ended design permits corner fitting.
Our jigs are guaranteed not to warp and include cutting guides for routing out retaining bolt slots, recessed hinges and are supplied with six easy-to-use aligning pegs and a comprehensive instruction book.

STANDARD WORKTOP JIG
The KWJMK4 is a high quality compact standard jig suitable for installing 30, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 615, 650, and 700 mm worktop widths. Cuts angles, chamfers and feature a straight edge mode and an integral recess hinge and joining bolt cutter guide.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Faithfull jigs are designed for use with hand plunging routers that accommodate ½in shank cutters, with a minimum power of 1600 watts and these must be fitted with the appropriate guide bush.
Whether operators have used a jig previously or not, it is recommended that they should read carefully through the instructions and familiarise themselves with all the jig s functions, it is also advisable that they should practice with the jig on some suitable off-cuts prior to working on their first installation
