Polco Tyre Tread Depth Gauge

The Polco 61401 is a clever little gadget that can save you pounds and even keep points of your licence as it is designed to allow you to check the thread depth of tyres accurately, thereby ensuring that they are within the legal limit of (1.6mm of thread across 3/4 of the centre of the tyre).

The Polco 61401 gauge has a robust metal body and a convenient pocket clip. To use this gauge all you do is place the coloured end on the tyre and gently push the top of the gauge and then release. The side scale then shows the depth of your tyres tread.

Remember you need good tyres to drive safely. They are your only contact with the road and affect the steering, braking and acceleration of your vehicle. Keep them maintained at all times and they will keep you safe.
